JB should do what sea isle does w a chain and lock.
They could also arm and hire Kenny as a bote ramp ranger to make sure nobody try’s to slip in or loan their key out to a buddy.
There are a couple of self appointed Bote ramp rangers in sea isle, but I think if you make it official and give Kenny a badge it would make a big difference. Maybe even post it on Facebook so it will be “Facebook official”.
