If anyone has any interest in helping our brothers and sisters to the East, this is a portion of an email I was just sent by Wildbill on Dos Frio. I'll be bringing some stuff up there to send their way. There is also a donation drop off at Lute's Marina in Liverpool.
"Alright folks, we have a drop location setup for hurricane Ida donations at Arcadia First Baptist Church in Santa Fe. The church sits right on Hwy 6 about 1 mile east of the high school (14828 Hwy 6 Santa Fe, TX 77517). We will be taking donations this Friday from 4-7pm. There will be signs out by the west entrance to the church along hwy6. You can pull up to the 20’ boxed-in trailer to leave your donations.
Items needed the most include bottled water, baby wipes, diapers (all different sizes), paper towels, toilet paper, non-perishable food, personal hygiene items (soap, deodorant, toothpaste/toothbrushes, hand sanitizer), face masks, tarps, flashlights & batteries.
Please don’t donate anything that can spoil or fuel."
