  • Winter Trout Series Finale - March 1st

The Final Showdown: Who Will Be Crowned Team of the Year?
We are just 11 days away from crowning a new Team of the Year! With only 1.08 lbs. separating the top four teams, this final event on March 1st promises to be an epic battle to the finish!

    Will Evan Harrington Stay Hot?
Leading the pack, Evan Harrington has been on fire. In the last event, he left his partner Cody Layman back at the office—and it paid off! No offense, Cody, but Evan proved he could handle the pressure solo. The big question is: Can Evan's back hold up from carrying Cody during event #3?

Can Chase Alexander & Justin Duke Keep Cruising?
This duo has been the most consistent team throughout the series. Averaging 10 lb. stringers, they are sitting in second place and well within striking distance. If they can finally land that kicker fish, they could snatch the title from Evan & Cody's grasp.

Will Kyle Holmes & Taylor Krumholz Keep Climbing?
The team of Kyle Holmes & Taylor Krumholz had a great showing in our 3rd event, with Kyle landing a 5.29 lbs. trout. They are inching their way to the top and are only 0.64 lbs. out of 1st and 0.06 lbs. behind Chase & Justin. With momentum on their side, they could be the ones to watch in the final showdown.

Will DJ Rouse & Jason Finley Make Their Move?
A heavy favorite, DJ Rouse & Jason Finley made waves with a strong performance in event #2. However, a missed podium in event #3 dropped them two spots. Only 1.08 lbs. off the lead, they are poised to make a big comeback in the final showdown.

Don't Count Out Larry Higgins & Jody Morrison!
Currently in 5th place and 3.88 lbs. back, Larry Higgins & Jody Morrison have faced their share of challenges. A tough second event set them back, but their determination has kept them in the fight. With one big bag, they could turn everything around.

Who Will Take Home the Title?
The stage is set for an intense finish. With the competition tighter than ever, every ounce counts. Will Evan & Cody hold their lead? Can Chase & Justin stay consistent? Will Kyle & Taylor keep climbing? Will DJ & Jason bounce back? Or will Larry & Jody pull off an underdog victory?

March 1st can't come soon enough. Stay tuned and get ready to witness the thrilling conclusion to this year's fishing series!
