probably because it's too big. I have a photobucket account (can be created for free) where I upload my pictures. You can then resize them. I think it has to be 100x75 or something like that. But after you resize it, just resave it to your hard drive or use the link. Might be an easier way to do this but this works for me.XA

Download irfanview and use the batch conversion function on the file menu. Go to advanced options and it will let you resize it to any size you want.
