LA fishing license

I will be fishing 2 days in Cocodrie LA, (looks like the oil is headed east).

Do i need to buy 2 each 1 day non-res saltwater licenses? $17.50 per day

Will proof of on line purchase be sufficient if stopped by the game warden? I don't think my license will arrive in mail in time for my trip.

There should be a three day L.a fishing license available. If you are fishing with a guide the license is cheap. There's also a saltwater license.

I picked mine up at a Walmart there. Really cheap and quick.

My yearly license is $90. non-resident

***Persons who fish from a charter vessel in saltwater areas of the state, with a licensed guide on board at all times, may possess a Charter Passenger License at a cost of $5.00 that is valid for three consecutive days. Charter guide license number or mothership license must be provided when purchasing charter passenger licenses.

Been there is a three day i had to buy the thing a day before the fish free weekend in La. go figure........buy it at any wally world.
