Some scumbag just dropped of a dog!
In my front yard! I was finishing mowing the grass and noticed a minivan parked in front of the lots between the neibour from hell i stop and started looking at them and they took off .....i thought.something told me to go out to the road and low and behold they just dumped the little dog of with some food......sorry piece worthless sumbeach.....i tryed to run and get the plates but they peeled out and made a turn at the block....the SPCA is like three or fur miles from the house....
