I finally have one.
I have been trying for a while to get a boat for a while and this is the 3rd one was the charm its a 18 foot Kenner with a 115 Mariner. My marine mechanic friend called me and mentioned this boat to me. Drove out to look at and it needs some minor cosmetic attention but its no biggie.
My mechanic friend rigged the boat up and knows everything about it and gave me the pass on when I asked him to inspect it. The mariner just had the water pump replaced, carb job and few other things I cant recall. He is installing my yamaha fuel water separator on it as well as my new backup 1500GPH RULE bilge.
Plans for the boat
1: Have carpet removed and get a linder sprayed in.
2: LED Lights for interior and exterior
3: Iinstall Fishfinder GPS combo
4: Install 2nd Battery (optima)
5: Wash and clean the hull, shine it up.
6: Install some speakers to conenct to my mp3 player
7: Purchase and Apply FWE sticker to match the one on my rear truck window.
