I was telling my wife about buying shoes at Buster Brown's when I was a kid and this machine that X-rayed your feet. She didn't believe me so I looked it up.
This could explain a lot! LMAO
In the late 1940's and early 1950's, the shoe-fitting x-ray unit was a common shoe store sales promotion device and nearly all stores had one. It was estimated that there were 10,000 of these devices in use.
I remember Buster Browns, but only the spoiled kids got them. My theory is, when you grow up spoiled, you end up thinking every reef in the bay is your reef, your slightly confrontational, and that you have an affinity for chili dogs!
