  • stone crabs in a redfish belly

i was looking in the belly of a redfish i caught today and it had a couple of stone crabs in it. one of the claws was about 3/4 of and inch thick and i thougth that was rather large. do they digest these big things? the shell was crushed but the claws were still intact.

you sure it was a stone crab michelle, and not a fiddler?

Our redfish eat alot of the fiddler type crabs that run along the grass lines etc

I thought only the right claw was allowed-ya oughta call and report them redfish to the GW!!!
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary.
