Brisket marinated in a whole lot of things I can't even remember,boiled in crab boil then smoked. YUMMY!

Took all the stuff it marinated in and put it in a foil bowl of water and it boiled the whole time under the brisket. We scooped it out when we pulled the brisket off so if we want we can use it as a dipping sauce.
