Whats happening everybody ,this is Cody with Lutes marine and I am looking for someone to come work part time at the marina. A retired couple would be great and living arrangements could be arranged (Muddskipper has a spare room or I can send them back to the big Peach house on Palm Drive) Just kidding Barham.. We actually have a nice 2 br 1 bath house 50 ft off water that could have rental rate reduced for right person.
Light maintenance ,grass mowing,carpentry (dock repairs and such),light mechanical - boat lift maint.. Seagull chaser
and so on. Great laid back atmosphere on the water and you will have plenty of time to enjoy it. PM me for more info. A retired couple could both problably pick up little odd jobs around to supplement income. Hours are flexible and you are on Chocolate Bayou...Life is good.
Oh yeah -you have to be able to pass background check if I am gonna live near you. Bwahaha
