Update:

Changed the spark plugs (they didn't look to bad)
Took the injectors out and functioned tested them with a 12v battery. 3rd injector is clogged so we ordered a new one. I'm guessing this was the problem.

...why not just take your injectors to a shop that is qualified and have them cleaned instead of buying a new one??

I could have but this is only costing me $30 bucks and is very easy to do.

Ran the boat today with the new injector and spark plugs, that did the trick. Easy fix, I appreciate all the help and input.
