I have had such bad luck from Comcast over the years. I even tried to switch before the season this year. Lady came out to install in our new place. I don't have jacks in all of the rooms because uverse has wireless boxes. She told me that they don't have wireless and that I would have to call an electrician to drop the lines in the rooms! I remember the old days when the cable installer dropped the lines for you if they wanted your business....

Oh well... I still have uverse and am waiting for Comcast to go wireless.
