dude, great job... I thumped em on the south shore line west bay yesterday from 2-dark... all on black super spook with chart head and dark fat boy. caught and lost many 6-7lbsers +... it was aswesome. glad someone else got on also... I knew were tey would be and just had to wait for the tide to start moving and BAM!!!

Depth, we were standing in waist deep water casting to about chest deep. Tide was still flowing out hard, bottom type was..... Uh.....well....You know.....MUD.
Look up the post today about the archived article from AquaPimp. He really lets a lot of good info go. Coe also posted one of my old ones, and there will be more over the next few weeks. Most are winter big trout related.
More than any other single thing, you need to find the mud that is adjacent to any other type of bottom structure. Shell, Grass, Sand, doesn't matter. Also, look for the subtle drop offs, even 6-10 inches can make a fish highway.http://www.theshallowist.com
