Entry into the 2024 – 2025 TOY Winter Trout Series spanning the following events:

$200/ angler (one-time fee paid at registration prior to your first fished event)

The Individual tournament entry fees must still be paid for each of the aforementioned events.

Anglers will be rewarded for the most weight brought to the scales for the four combined events. In order to qualify for the TOY, anglers must fish all four events.

An angler can fish alone or with a partner. A third team member is not allowed to fish unless they are acting as a substitute for a single event.

No bonus or deductions will be added or removed from the bag weight of the fish for the team of the year stringer weight.

Anglers are responsible for following the tournament rules for each event.

Polygraph at each event.

Teams must be established prior to the start of fishing for the December 7th event.

Each team must designate a captain at weigh in during their first event.

In the event a team no longer wishes to fish together for the next event, the captain will retain 100% of the points accumulated.

In the event two anglers from opposing teams fish together, the newly formed team will use the angler with the most points accumulated prior to the event being entered.

Similar to last year, we will have a team of the year trophy & awards presentation to our 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams at the final event in March.
The winners for the series (Team of the Year) will be determined by total bag weight over the four (4) events.
We are limiting the team of the year participants to two (2) man teams only. However, you can add a substitute to an event should your partner be unable to fish. The substitute must pay an additional $200 series entry prior to them fishing their first event.
The series entry fee ($200/ angler) will not be comingled in any form or fashion into the four individual tournament payouts or entry fees. Meaning, even though you pay your series entry you will still be responsible for paying your tournament entry fee prior to each event.
The entry fee for the Winter Trout I, II and Series Finale will $120 / angler + $20 optional side pot. The Big Trout Fundraiser is $100 / angler + $20 optional side pot. Total all in for the full series with side pot is $540 / angler.
Each tournament will have its own payout to 1st- 5th and 1st – 3rd for side pot.
This series will run in tandem with our three trout events and be paid out once in March to 1st, 2nd & 3rd using a 60%, 30%, 10% split of the total paid series entries. Another way of looking at this series is as a side pot that is paid out to the team of the year at the final event.

Winners for this series will be awarded following the official results of our final event, March 1, 2025.
